About Mustafa Şener
Mustafa Şener is a globally recognized leader in the project logistics industry, with over 20 years of executive experience driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and global expansion. As Executive Board Member and Co-Founder of HPL One, he plays a critical role in shaping the company’s vision, culture, and global positioning from day one.
Previously serving as the Global Head of Kuehne + Nagel Project Logistics, Mustafa led large-scale operations across the world, managing complex, high-value logistics projects in energy, infrastructure, and all industrial sectors. His leadership has been defined by delivering bottom-line results, building high-performance organizations, and earning the trust of clients through precision, integrity, and executional strength.
Mustafa brings a rare blend of entrepreneurial mindset and corporate discipline to HPL One driving innovation while staying grounded in operational reality. He continues to lead with purpose, building a company and culture focused on delivering world-class service, reliability, and long-term value for clients and partners across Türkiye, the Middle East, Europe, and beyond.
About Baris Sever
Baris Sever is a seasoned global logistics executive with over 20 years of experience managing complex, high-value project logistics operations across five continents. Having lived and worked in Tokyo, Calgary, Toronto, Dubai, and Istanbul, Baris has led multidisciplinary teams on heavy-lift and breakbulk projects in the oil & gas, mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors—executing ocean and air charters, semi-submersible transports, and specialized heavy-lift movements under stringent safety, budget, and schedule demands.
As Global and UAE Head at HPL One, Baris brings a unique blend of strategic vision and field experience to drive operational excellence, market growth, and regional leadership. He spearheads the design of factory-to-foundation logistics strategies, international expansion initiatives, and the cultivation of enduring partnerships with global clients, agents, and vendors.
Baris is recognized for translating complexity into clarity, integrating engineering, chartering, and execution into unified solutions that deliver measurable value. His leadership fosters cross-functional alignment and a results-driven culture. Reporting to the Executive Board, he plays a key role in positioning HPL One as a trusted global logistics partner delivering precision and reliability across every continent.
About Falk Puetz
Falk Puetz is an accomplished logistics and marine chartering executive with over two decades of experience in the global project logistics industry. He has built and led high-performing chartering teams across strategic international hubs including Singapore, Hamburg, Dubai, Houston, and Shanghai.
His leadership is underpinned by deep operational knowledge, extensive contract negotiation expertise and a focus on digital innovation, including the development of tools to streamline inquiry and quoting processes. His proficiency spans freight procurement, pricing strategy and end-to-end logistics management for high-value industrial and energy projects worldwide.
Known for his sharp commercial acumen, strong global carrier relationships and hands-on field experience, he offers clients not just technical and strategic expertise but also a reliable partner dedicated to delivering results in the most challenging logistics environments.
About Erkan Kazar
Erkan Kazar is a seasoned logistics executive with over 25 years of experience in freight forwarding and project logistics, specializing in building high-performance teams and delivering complex, high-value transport solutions across multiple regions. Erkan leads the commercial and operational strategy of the company with a focus on growth, global partnerships, and service excellence.
Prior to his role at HPL One, Erkan served as the ProjectLogistics Manager at Hareket Heavy Lifting and Project Transportation, one of the world’s leading equipment-owning logistics companies. He previously held executive positions, including CEO and Co-Partner of Viking Project Logistics & Conceptum Logistics Türkiye, where he played a key role in expanding international operations and leading major industrial logistics projects.
Known for his deep industry network and hands-on leadership style, Erkan blends entrepreneurial drive with corporate structure. He has successfully built high-performing logistics teams, implemented scalable business models, and developed long-term client partnerships in Türkiye, CIS, the Middle East, and Africa.
Erkan continues to drive the company’s mission to offer flexible, reliable, and globally integrated freight solutions, while nurturing a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
