Health and Safety Policy

At HPL One, we are dedicated to creating and sustaining a ZERO HARM culture in all our activities. We care about the safety and wellbeing of our employees, contractors, visitors and stakeholders who are involved in our operations, therefore we set the highest health and safety standards.

We are dedicated to integrating ISO 45001 principles into our Integrated Management System (IMS) and to maintaining the highest standards of Safety and Health, as we continuously develop and strengthen our system. Our health and safety policy is a framework for setting and reviewing our Health and Safety objectives.

To achieve these objectives, we are dedicated to:

  • Comply with all applicable national and international OH&S regulations, client requirements, and global industry standards.

  •  Identify hazards and assess risks for our operations and apply effective controls before every task.

  •  Engage with our employees, contractors, and stakeholders in all health and safety matters, ensuring training, competence, and Stop Work Authority are fully exercised.

  • Empower everyone to intervene and STOP any unsafe situations to define corrective and preventive actions.

  • Provide leadership, resources and training to maintain a safe and healthy workplace, ensuring fatigue management, wellbeing, and role-specific competence.

  •  Prepare for emergencies by maintaining response plans and conducting drills across all logistics operations.

  • Continually improve our OH&S performance by investigating incidents, sharing lessons learned, and reinforcing our ZERO HARM culture.

  •  Encourage everyone present at our workplaces to follow the objectives of this policy

We are committed to delivering safe operations by acting together with all our stakeholders, moving towards ZERO HARM to People and being a trusted logistics partner for today and tomorrow.
